サスカチュワン州のSaskatchewan Immigration Nominee Program (SINP)の「International Skilled Worker – Express Entry」が43職種のin-demand occupationと共に再オープンしましたが、とても人気のあるプログラムですので、オープンからすぐに600申請者の定員に達してしまい、現在は残念ながら申請受付を行ってはおりません。
今回の再オープンで注目されたのが、in-demand occupationリストに記載されている職種の数です。
今まで17職種だったのが43職種にも増加されました。
その内20職種は資格証明が必要無く、23職種は資格証明（州または国レベル）が必要です。

- カナダ在住の場合は、一時滞在資格保有
- Express Entryプロフィール番号・Job Seeker Validationコードを保有
- SINPポイント査定にて60ポイント（100ポイント満点）以上を取得
- Express Entry登録の際の英語もしくは仏語テストのスコア表を保有
- 高校卒業後に1年以上の学位・ディプロマ・サーティフィケイトプログラムを修得している
- サスカチュワン州のin-demand occupationリスト記載職種に関連する就労経験がある
- 下記の内1つ以上該当する：
- 過去10年以内にskilled worker (non-trades) として1年以上の就労経験がある；or
- 過去5年以内にskilled tradeとして2年以上の就労経験がある；or
- 過去3年以内にカナダにおいて12ヶ月以上の就労経験 (trade and non-trades) がある
- サスカチュワン州における資格が必要な職種であれば、必ずサスカチュワン州発行資格証明書を保有していること
- サスカチュワン州での生活において十二分な資金証明＆生活プラン
幼児教育やウェヴデザイナーなど人気のある職種がin-demand occupationリストに加わりましたので、ますますこのプログラムの人気が高まることは確かでしょう。
次にいつ再オープンするか未定ですが、オープンと同時に申請できるように資格が必要な職種の方は前もって入手されておかれることをお勧めします。
